RETURNS & SPECIAL ORDERS

JOERIAKNITS is happy to accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.  Return shipping charges are not refundable, unless your order was filled incorrectly. We cannot assume responsibility for exchanged items lost or damaged in shipping. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at joeriaknits@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.  We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution. 

Please note that your refund amount could be affected by our original shipping cost and fees.  

For example: if you received free shipping on the original order, and you return an item, you might now drop below the promotional free shipping mark, so the related shipping fee would be deducted from your refund. Similarly, if you return a large portion of a free shipping order, the corresponding original shipping cost and fees would be deducted.  When the entire order with free shipping is returned, then the original shipping cost will be deducted from all refunds.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Items that are not regularly stocked may be specially ordered. These items require a minimum quantity of purchase amount and a deposit. Special order items are non-returnable.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your merchandise was damaged in transit, save the original packaging and contact Customer Service before returning. The Customer Service Team may be reached via email at joeriaknits@gmail.com
