SHIPPING RATES AND POLICIES - JOERIAKNITS
Our SHIPPING RATES & POLICIES aim to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you are in the world, at the lowest possible price.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after we receive your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification e-mail.
CANADIAN ORDERS
Effective November 1, 2025 – We are once again offering a flat fee of $7.00for orders under $20.00 using Canada Post's regular mail. There is no tracking when you select this option.
All orders under $20 shipped by Canada Post regular mail can take 15-20 business days to arrive, with some exceptions around peak holiday gift giving times and delivery to remote locations, which will take longer. When you selectCanada Post's regular rate, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Please use the Shopify calculated shipping rates for faster delivery times, order tracking, and insurance.
Orders over $20.00 have a variety of shipping options using Canada Post Expedited Parcel (best rate), Purolator, UPS and FedEx for faster delivery.All orders over $30.00 will include order tracking and $100 insurance for all provinces. Rates are calculated by Shopify and will vary with location and order size.
FREE SHIPPING applies to all orders over $100+ before tax (some conditions apply-see below)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Any special shipping requests must be made in the comments.
SALES TAX
Sales taxes are based on the shipping address of your order within Canada. Sales taxes are not applied to US and other international orders.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (INCLUDING THE US)
FREE SHIPPING applies to all orders over $100+ before tax (some conditions apply-see below)
Shipping rates vary from country to country. We use live shipping rates provided by our integration with UPS, FedEx & DHL. They use the weight of your order and your location to give you the shipping rates and duty. Duty will be pre-paid at checkout, so there will be no surprises when your order is delivered.
Conditions that apply to all shipments:
Free shipping applies to any knitting needles, crochet hooks, pouches, project bags and small accessories totalling $100.00 before tax ($100.00 for US and International Orders). Shipping of some bulky or heavy items will have a minimum or additional shipping charge added; this will be indicated in the product description.
US and International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are calculated and displayed at checkout. Joeriaknits is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
If goods are not available at the time of your order, then we will contact you by email and offer you the choice to backorder or substitute product or cancel with refund.
