When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $100 (before tax) on qualifying items.
Some bulky or heavy items may require additional shipping charges.
How long does shipping take?
Canada (orders under $20)
Canada Post Regular Mail typically takes 15–20 business days and does not include tracking.
Tracked shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
What are the estimated delivery times by region for tracked shipping?
•      Ontario & Quebec: 2–5 business days
•      Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB): 4–8 business days
•      Atlantic Canada (NS, NB, NL, PEI): 4–8 business days
•      Northern Canada (YT, NT, NU): 7–15 business days — remote surcharges may apply
•      All regions — untracked (orders under $20): 7–15 business days — delivery cannot be guaranteed
Do you ship internationally?
No, we no longer ship to the USA or overseas.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all tracked shipping methods include a tracking number which will be emailed once your order ships.
Please note that Canada Post Regular Mail does not include tracking.
What if something is missing or damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll take care of it right away.
How do I start a return?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
