We want you to love everything you order from JOERIAKNITS. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help — here's exactly how our return and refund process works.

•       Return window: 30 days from delivery

•       Free returns: On damaged or incorrect items

•       Refund timeline: Processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return

•       Store credit: Available as an alternative to a refund

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:

•       Unused items

•       In their original packaging

•       In the same condition as received, with any tags still attached

To begin a return, please email us first — we'll confirm eligibility and send you the return address and instructions.

•       📋 Please include: your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for your return

•       ⏱ Response time: We respond to all return requests within 1–2 business days

Once your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address. Please do not send items back before receiving approval and instructions.

📌  We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return. JOERIAKNITS cannot be responsible for return parcels lost in transit without proof of tracking. For damaged or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label — see section below.

•       Change of mind / item not needed: Customer is responsible for return shipping cost

•       Item arrived damaged: JOERIAKNITS will send a replacement and covers return shipping if needed.

•       We sent the wrong item: JOERIAKNITS covers return shipping — we will provide a prepaid label

•       Defective item: We will direct you the appropriate brand for a warranty claim, or we will replace the item if in stock. 

The following items cannot be returned:

•       Used items

•       Digital products or downloadable patterns

•       Gift cards

•       Items marked as final sale

•       Custom or made-to-order items

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund (or store credit) and place a new order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

•       Your order number

•       A description of the issue

•       Clear photos of the item and the packaging

We'll make it right as quickly as possible — with a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.

Once we receive your return, here's what happens:

•       Step 1 — You'll receive a confirmation email within 1–2 business days letting you know your return has arrived.

•       Step 2 — We inspect the item and notify you within 2–3 business days whether your refund has been approved.

•       Step 3 — If approved, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days and issued to your original payment method.

•       Step 4 — Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the credit on your statement.

If you'd like store credit instead of a refund, just let us know when you contact us to start your return.

•       Store credit never expires and can be used on any future JOERIAKNITS order.

•       Bonus: Choose store credit, and we'll cover your return shipping cost — even for change-of-mind returns.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, item arrived damaged or defective).
