When will my order ship?
Once you place your order, it will be processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email directing you to the details of your shipment.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We proudly offer free shipping on orders over $125 (before tax) on qualifying items. However, please note that some bulky or heavy items may incur additional shipping fees.
How long does shipping take?
Canada (orders under $20): Canada Post Regular Mail typically takes 15–20 business days and does not include tracking. For quicker delivery, tracked shipping options are available at checkout.
What are the estimated delivery times by region for tracked shipping?
Please refer our shipping policy for details by region and the selected shipping method.
All tracked shipping methods provide a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. However, it's important to remember that Canada Post Regular Mail does not include tracking.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the USA. Customers should be aware that they are responsible for any duty or state taxes upon delivery of their order.
What if something is missing or damaged?
If you experience any issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll address the matter promptly.
How do I start a return?
